The Potomac Heritage National Scenic Trail (PHNST) is a planned mile corridor of hiking, biking and equestrian trails between the Chesapeake Bay and the Allegheny Highlands connecting the states of Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia and Pennsylvania.
